2. Products & Ordering ░

• All products are made-to-order using Gelato’s global print network.
• Production begins only after you place your order.
• Minor variations in color, placement, or size may occur due to the print-on-demand process.
• Please check sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

3. Prices & Payment ░

• All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Delivery ░

• Orders are fulfilled by Gelato’s nearest print partner to your delivery address.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or seasonal demand.
• Depending on your delivery location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges set by local authorities. If applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. postal issues, customs).

5. Return & Refund Policy ░

Made-to Order Production

Because our products are produced on demand after each order, they are considered made-to-order. Therefore, as in the exception of the withdrawal right in EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c):

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the product.
• Please review sizing and product details before confirming your order.

When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted

We will replace or refund an item if it is:

• Defective or damaged
• Printed incorrectly
• Not as described or the wrong item delivered

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide order details and photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property ░

• All product designs, images, text, and content on this website are owned by Galza/the respective artists or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability ░

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delivery delays, lost gifts, or third-party issues beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

8. Governing Law ░

• These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
